Playboy Enterprises is sewing the mighty Hearst Magazines because Hearst's Bazaar.com used photos of model Kate Moss from Playboy's 60th Anniversary issue on its website without asking them first, even though Bazaar.com mentioned that the photos were from her Playboy spread, hence promoting Playboy and possibly even sending them some traffic. Did we lose you? Anyway, Playboy wants $150k for each photo used. But we have to ask, what about all the other thousands of websites that used these same images when writing about Playboy's 60th anniversary issue? Should they expect a lawsuit too?
