What to contact the sportsbook directly for
Because we don't operate any of the sites we review, we're not able to help with account-specific problems. If you have an issue with a deposit, a delayed withdrawal, a bonus that didn't credit, or a verification (KYC) request, that has to go through the operator's own customer support team — the contact details are listed on the sportsbook's own site once you're logged in. We list operator support quality as part of our review criteria, but we have no visibility into individual player accounts and can't intervene on a customer's behalf.
It's also worth remembering that offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the US — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and are not regulated by any US state gaming authority. That means there's no state regulator or dispute-resolution body to escalate a complaint to if a book delays or refuses a payout. How our review process works, briefly
When you write to us with a correction or a question, it helps to know how we build our rankings in the first place. We assess offshore sportsbooks on odds quality, market coverage, bonus terms, payout speed, banking options including cryptocurrency, and overall reliability based on publicly available information and operator track records. Commission from affiliate partnerships never affects where a sportsbook lands in our rankings — a book that pays us more doesn't get a better score, and we say so plainly on our About Us page.
A note on age and responsible gambling
This site and every sportsbook it reviews is intended for adults aged 21 and over (or 18+ where a specific operator's terms permit).
