While guest co-hosting the third hour of the Today show
on Tuesday
morning, former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson revealed that she will
be writing a column for Time Inc.’s Motto — their site geared toward
millennial women — starting on
January 16.
A Time Inc. spokesperson confirmed to the Cut that the installments
will be occurring on at least a monthly basis. Carlson said that the
column will be “about empowering women and issues surrounding that.

On Tuesday

Insiders at the giant publisher were surprised in recent days to see
posters in their offices exhorting staffers to turn in colleagues they

created position, Cortese will take a hands-on approach with
Wakeboarding,
overseeing day-to-day editorial operations, print and digital content
creation, special issues, and brand extensions. Additionally, he will
act as managing editor for
WaterSki, bringing in guest editors from within the industry to develop compelling, timely content for the brand.
TWITTER ACCEPTS ITS IDENTITY AS A NEWS COMPANY

three open roles for editors, and another for an associate producer for
online video. According to Twitter’s job descriptions, editors — who
will work on the company’s Periscope video product — should be
