Time Inc Names The New Lynne Biggar

America's biggest magazine publisher finally named a new consumer marketing chief  replacing Lynne Biggar who left 5 months ago.  Leslie Dukker Doty will serve as the new Executive Vice President, Consumer Marketing and Revenue and she joins from Trusted Media Brands (formerly Reader's Digest) where she was Chief Marketing Officer. Funny enough she once did a 12 year tour at Mastercard. Lynne Biggar left Time Inc for Visa. Anyway Ms. Dukker Doty is super thrilled to join team Ripp:
