Cheddar TV which only launched 2 years ago has been steadily expanding its audience reach by getting its content on multiple platforms across the country. Its latest platform landing is on the RachMe TV network which broadcasts inside 85 airports across the US and 5,000 hotels reaching more than 100 million monthly viewers. This latest deal happened because Cheddar CEO Jon Steinberg was in an airport (which he often is as he travels across the country to drum up business and conduct interviews for his network) having scotch and grilled chicken and happened to see Reachme TV on the screen and decided that it would be a good platform for Cheddar’s content and luckily Reachme TV’s co-founders Ron Bloom and Lynnwood Bibbens felt the same way.
Said Mr. Bloom:
“Cheddar’s content is a refreshing take on news, business, and technology which resonates with our modern mobile viewer”
Said Mr. Bibbens:
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer our viewers an alternative to standard television formats while still being broadcasted from the iconic New York Stock Exchange where the companies have over $20 Trillion dollars in market capitalization.”
