Not everyone is down with the “Wokeness” for life at Teen Vogue which has been enjoying a roar back under current editor in chief Elaine Welteroth. Teen Vogue’s deputy digital editor Amanda Chan is jumping ship to Bustle where she will serve as managing editor overseeing editorial direction across Bustle’s verticals and platforms as well as lead an army of 30 editors and 200+ writers. Ms Chan has tours at LiveScience Health, Yahoo Health, Healthy Living and HuffPost under her belt.
Said Bustle Editor-in-Chief Kate Ward about Ms. Chan
It’s easy to be impressed with Amanda’s breadth of experience over the years, but it’s even easier to be impressed with the passion she has for providing a platform for women. We’re beyond excited to be able to welcome Amanda onto our team, and watch her creativity and editorial knowledge elevate our content to an even higher level.”
