Time inc is currently in the process of slimming down. CEO Rich Battista is going about achieving this by selling off smaller non-core brands like Coastal Living, Sunset, Golf and a majority chunk of Essence. He’s also selling off business divisions like INVNT. But as the company is in the process of doing this, its also launching new business divisions. Enter Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Enterprises, a new business unit built on and around the popular Sports Illustrated Swimsuit franchise, one of the company’s biggest.
