Hearst Magazines Digital (HMD) President Troy Young has expanded his team with the addition of Michael Dugan as HMD’s first ever Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Dugan joins from Forbes Media where he served in the same role. At HMD Mr. Dugan will take charge of HMD’s global tech apparatus to ensure that the 80 million + visitors HMD’s websites get each month continues to be a smooth experience.
