Dow Jones Forms Publishing Unit, Excludes Wall Street Journal

There was some restructuring at News Corp's Dow Jones with the formation of Dow Jones Media Group which will be headed by Wall Street Journal's Almar Latour. The new group is comprised of brands like Barron's Magazine and the websites MarketWatch and Mansion Global. The group will also explore the launch of new digital products. The Wall Street Journal is not part of the new media group.

News of the new media group formation was part of a broader restructuring announcement from Dow Jones CEO William Lewis.
