Rupert Murdoch recently signed over his share of a multi-million dollar upper east side penthouse to ex wife Wendy Deng Murdoch. The aging media lord didn't lose any sleep over it and now we know why. He just dropped almost $60 million on a new pad downtown all for himself making it the most expensive purchase for a pad below 57th street. Mr. Murdoch will have the place customized to his liking as it is currently a blank canvas.
