MAN LITERALLY TRIPS OVER TIME WARNER'S CABLE, SUES FOR DAMAGES

-YOSH We've heard some funny stuff, and this one only adds to our list. We all trip sometimes because, our cable or satellite service sucks, but literally tripping over them, that's another story. A Louisiana resident Howard Dawes is suing Time Warner Cable for injures he suffered when he tripped over an uncovered cable while visiting a friend at the Creekwood Village Apartments in Beaumont."The cable was lying uncovered on the ground, and there were no warning signs, nor was the area barricaded or blocked off from public access," the suit said. "This incident caused plaintiff to sustain personal injuries to his neck, right shoulder and knee." Wow. This is all Glenn Britt needs to start his Holidays. A clumsy passerby who was probably distracted by a piece of ass. Oh yeah we've seen it before. He should tell them to throw in like 5 years of free cable too if he's smart. Slow news days are a motherfucker aren't they? Man trips over Time Warner's cable, sues for lack of barricade [STR] Labels: Lawsuits, TimeWarner |
