  • Holy crap! a total of 145 new magazines were introduced to the American magazine scene in the first quarter of 2007. And holy holy shit! that's 47 titles less then the 192 launched in 2006. Wonder how many trees fell for these launches? [Mr.Magazine]

The two biggest media/entertainment companies in the world has entered a cable deal where Time Warner will carry Disney's sports channels ESPN2 HD and ESPNU later this year.
