We don't know but a part of us feel like this department has a secret goal to rule our every way of communication and entertainment. It's only a matter of time until they move on Satellite radio. Commissioner Robert McDowell told a broadcasters' convention that the commission is struggling with developing recommendations for lawmakers that help protect children without running afoul of the First Amendment.
