What would a high profile hire by a high profile company be without the New York Post throwing in their two cents. Though this is now yesterday's news or then again last week's news when Dealbreaker broke it...........kinda, we still find ourselves waiting the read the Post's version.![]() In an interview with The Post, Salmi conceded that MTV Networks' 100 Web sites - which include such diverse properties as vh1.com, neopets.com and xfire.com and are lumped into the three broad categories of kids/family, music, and entertainment - operate in a very decentralized manner and said his chief responsibility will be to "get everyone moving in the right direction." Also can someone please tell us what Shakira has to do with this guy getting hired? SALMI TO TRY WEAVING MTV SITES INTO WEB [NYP] Labels: Dealbreaker, MTV |
