Businessweek's Best Young Entrepreneurs are scary looking but kinda smart

Published: Tuesday, October 31, 2006

Businessweek reminds us that we're losers with their Top 50 Entrepreneuers list. We can't help but wonder which one of these youngsters will hit the corporate takeover lotto? Our money is on the music website AmieStreet.com. Some of the businesses founded by these smarties seem boring when reading about it, but it can work out to major dollars in the long run. However there is one we just don't get and its called First Flavor. Here is what this company does:

First Flavor, developed the technology to manufacture small soluble flavor strips and filed a patent in 2005. Advertisers will soon be able to offer prospective customers sample sachets for products like flavored vodka, soda, and candy.

Now why would we want to lick a strip to taste Vodka or anything else for that matter. Scratch and sniff is enough for us thank you.
