You don't say: Myspace is Rupe's baby!

Rupert Murdoch does what anyone who is anyone knew he would do. He will use his Myspace gem as a marketing tool for his movies and TV Shows blah blah blah! Why is this not exciting to us? Anyway RedOrbit touches on the subject again but we swear we read this somewhere before.Last week, News Corp announced Fox Interactive Media and Twentieth Century Fox are to make some of their latest content available through MySpace. Films such as the box office smash X-Men The Last Stand and the popular new TV series Prison Break will be available alongside older favourites such as the horror classic The Omen and the hit series 24. The TV shows will be priced at $1.99 per episode and new feature films will cost $19.99. MySpace is becoming the main highway on News Corp's roadmap. Bought for $580m last year, News Corp has already attracted a $900m advertising deal from Google. MySpace Moves to Forefront of Murdoch Empire [RO] |
