CBS Corp and Warner Bros. in an effort to steal the light from the pending Disney Pixar nuptials announced that they will join their struggling networks UPN and The WB to form another struggling network called 'The CW'. The new network will launch in the fall with 30 hours of programming seven days a week. Oh dam! does this mean The WB frog will be laid to rest ? [The AP]
