Time Warner may be kissing the wrong ass. The No. 2 U.S. cable company, on Thursday became the first to unveil a "family-friendly" package of television channels that will be rolled out in the first quarter of 2006.
The move, aimed at easing pressure from lawmakers, regulators and parents groups who are upset about provocative television content, would provide subscribers a package of 15 channels of cartoons as well as news and educational shows.
And we thought they would be easing the pressure from Carl Icahn!!
